How to use a spindle
Tie a piece of yarn above the circle on the spindle.
Make a half hitch on the yarn and set it in the notch at
the top-end of the spindle. *
Join the loose fibre on to the yarn, twirl the spindle in a clockwise direction and let the spindle drop. A the same time as the spindle continues spinning, release more fibre and let it spin into yarn.
When a length has been spun, unhook the half hitch and wind the yarn onto the spindle´┐ŻRepeat´┐Ż joining the loose fibre on to the yarn.
This makes Single Ply: good for weaving
* Two Ply: good for knitting !
Its easier to lern then spinning !
Unwind spun yarn into balls,
join two or more yarns in parallel

direction and let the spindle drop,
at the same time as the spindle spins,
